On Dec 17th, India's FRRO (Foreign Regional Registration Office) offices unexpectedly changed their laws regarding Indian surrogacy. Gay surrogacy and single surrogacy is completely banned. In fact the only people who can have a surrogate children in India are heterosexual couples married for over two years.
